Gyrotonic Exercise Method
The GYROTONIC® Exercise Method offers a unique, holistic approach to movement. Some of the benefits of regular Gyrotonic practice include a healthier, more flexible spine, increased range of motion, greater joint stability, improved agility and athletic performance, and a deep sense of inner strength.
Suitable for people of all ages who want to improve their flexibility and strength or alleviate back, lower back, and neck pain, the Gyrotonic® Exercise Method is also an excellent companion for dancers, helping them elevate their dancing to the next level in a shorter time.
Öğrencilerimizden
Senelerce tango yapmış hem İstanbul hem de Ankarada eğitim almış, pek çok şehirde dans etmiş bir tango severin tavsiyesi ile Shine Dansta tango eğitimi almaya başladım. Neden tavsiye ettiğini şu an çok iyi anlıyorum. İki ayda bedenimizin duruşu, yürüyüşümüz değişti. Hareketin nasıl olacağı gösterilmekle bırakılmıyor, o hareketin kusursuz oluşuna giden yolda teknik ve pratik bilgi veriliyor, ayrıca farklı beden egzersizleri yaptırılıyor. İşlerini çok ciddiye alıp öğrencilerine saygı duyup kıymet veriyorlar. Dersler asla aksamaz, tam saatinde başlar, dans öncesi lider ve takipçi sayısı muhakkak eşitlenir, partner sıkıntısı yaşanmaz. Her cuma milonga geceleri, her cumartesi pratik dersleri var. Bir büyük, iki orta büyüklükte salonu var, giyinme odaları da sağlanmış. her zaman sizinle ilgilenecek sorunuzu yanıtlayıp hareket gösterecek/düzeltecek birkaç hoca ve asistan var.
Kendinizi rahat hissedebileceğiniz yabancılık çekmeyeceğiniz samimi bir ortam sunuyorlar. öğrenciler de dansa gelenler de saygılı keyifli ve samimi. Sıcak güzel bir ortam var.

They take the time to work with each student individually. The milongas and practica sessions are just as enjoyable as the classes.
